AN APPETIZING DESSERT THAT CAN BE MADE WITH GREAT EASE! by Arushi Agarwal
A small packet of Oreo cookies (flavour of your choice) - Approximately 46 grams
D’lecta Cream Cheese
Take the Oreo cookies and crush them in a grinder until fine and powder-like.
Take about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (here, D’lecta cream cheese is being used)
Combine the mixture well until a dough-like consistency is reached.
After the mixture has been combined, refrigerate (do NOT keep it in the Freezer) it for 5-10 minutes. This is done because while mixing the ingredients, the oil from the cream cheese makes the dough very soft.
Remove the mixture and start making small balls and refrigerate them again for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, you can melt chocolate to coat the balls or prepare some toppings you prefer.
After you have coated the balls with toppings of your liking, refrigerate them one last time until the chocolate coating, in my case, hardens. This might take another 15-20 minutes.
I made around 12 mini chocolate balls but the number depends on the size you create. The measurements can be adjusted according to your preference.
