The bear from the woods has come to town,
Now kept in a zoo, safe and sound.
Its roar was very fierce and brave,
but alas, now it's locked in a cage.
The bear from the woods has come to town,
It's locked in a cage with iron bars.
Its gleaming eyes look upon the stars,
with hope that someday it will be out of bars.
The bear from the woods has come to town,
It was once free without a frown.
It had sharp teeth to chew down its prey,
Alas! Now it's locked in a cage.
