Happiness is not merely a gift to be obtained,
but it is a life that has to be lived.
Even when you think it's been taken away,
deep in your heart, it's still awake.
Being angry makes you hate the world,
and being sad makes you hate yourself.
But being happy makes you love the world,
and yourself, for being just enough.
It's okay to not be happy,
but it's not okay to never be happy.
Happiness is a life to be lived,
and not the joy of a second's grip.
