Lakshya Dugar

I joined Bombay Scottish School in the 6th grade and rather embarrassingly got lost 3 days in a row in the seemingly never-ending, looming corridors. Coming from a completely different background, the people seemed strange and I felt emotions I didn't know existed. All these years later, those strange faces and those intimidating corridors feel comforting. People have kept, and will keep, calling Scottish a second home because it really is true. We grew up here. As I stop and think about everything that happened at Bombay Scottish, I realise that although it wasn't always easy, in the end, it was all worth it.

Looking back at all of this, it's high up on my bucket list now to walk these halls once again, with my friends, hearing this song playing in the background. "There are places I'll remember, all my life though some have changed, Some forever, not for better, some have gone and some remain.
